PIPE HOOK

The Pipe Hook was developed specifically for the utility contractor to provide a safe, efficient pipe handling attachment. The original models are operated using a sliding mechanism to obtain the balance point. The self-leveling models have a built-in mechanism that automatically adjusts to the weight of the pipe and determines the proper balance point.
The Pipe Hook can be used on any shape or type of pipe. Kenco Pipe Hook original series models are available in capacities up to 30,000 pounds, with custom larger sizes available for production. The Pipe Hook is designed with a unique slide mechanism that allows the operator to pick the balance point for various loads. It can be used on ANY shape or type of pipe. Self-leveling models are available up to 9000 pound capacities.
The self-leveling mechanism is housed inside the body of the hook. Like the original, it can be used on ANY shape or type of pipe. This incredible design of Pipe Hook is ideal for a wide range of sizes and types of pipe. Kenco offers the ONLY self-leveling pipe hook in the industry.

PANEL CLAMP
This extraordinary lifting device will rotate wall panels from a horizontal to a vertical position. No additional hydraulics are required! Just attach a strap from the stick of your machine and hook it up to the lifting eye of the clamp. The device is attached to the wall panel. The jaws rotate to allow the machine operator to lift and place the wall panels a full 90 degrees, fast, safely and easily
KENCO PIPE LIFT
These pipe tongs are the safest, most cost-effective way to move concrete, metal, or plastic pipe. Our exclusive actuator uses the power of gravity to allow the scissor action of the pipe tongs to clamp securely on PVC, iron, or concrete pipe. If you move pipe using straps or teacups, the Pipe Lift attachment will make a definite impact in your productivity.
The operator is able to use the pipe tongs to grab, lift, and move pipe without assistance. Doubles your production output versus the sling and chain methods. KENCO BARRIER LIFT
• The Kenco Barrier Lift can be used on any concrete median barriers, sound walls, curbing & piling. Also great for aligning barriers that have already been placed.

• Elastomer pads provide superior performance even in wet weather.
• All models are available with optional self-aligning guides. The guides extend down from one set of the pads to allow the lifter to align itself with the barrier wall whenever the lifter is lowered into position. This optional feature can also be purchased separately to attach to earlier models of the Kenco barrier lift.

KENCO MULTILIFT
The only lifter in the industry with adjustable grips! With a lifting capacity of 6000 pounds, the Kenco Multilift features sliding grips that adjust to handle objects from zero to 60 inches wide. With the Multilift, no additional hydraulics need to be hooked up to operate this device. Just attach a strap from the arm to the lifting eye of the Multilift and pick it up. Slide the grips to the width of block to be picked up, and set it down onto the block. Our exclusive actuator lets the Multilift grab and release automatically with each cycle. By flipping the orientation of the grips, the Multilift can also be configured to grab objects from the outside (as shown to right) or from the inside-out. (see diagrams below)

KENCO COMPACTION WHEEL
Having an Open rim allows the Compaction wheel to penetrate through the lift of trench fill and compact the soil from the bottom up rather than the top down.
The equipment operator, after using the Compaction Wheel for a reasonable amount of time, can normally tell that he has reached his required compaction by the feel of the wheel in the ditch through the hydraulic controls of the machine. Utility Contractors , Contractors and Municipalities are using compaction wheels for their trench compaction needs.
Wheel compaction is faster and more effective than a vibratory machine. Greater lift (material in a trench to compact) thicknesses are possible with a compaction wheel.
• Soil Bridging is less likely to occur with a Compaction Wheel. Vibratory machines compact from the top down leaving unbroken clay or soil with voids below the surface. Compaction wheels work from the bottom up, eliminating bridging while breaking soil and filling in the voids.
The mixing and kneading action of the wheel produces a more uniform soil consistency for better compaction. The open-rim design allows maximum penetration through the lift, with standard densities achieved in 6-10 passes under normal soil conditions; the wheel processes the levels of the material as it compacts.
• Wheels do more with less wear and tear on the operator and machine.
• Vibration from vibratory machines can loosen joints in water, gas and sewer lines as well as damaging nearby slabs, foundations or electronical equipment. This is not a problem with the smooth operation of a compaction wheel
• Heavy clay most often can not be torn apart by vibration. The aggressive shearing action of a wheel easily breaks up hard soil and/or clay, so that they can be intermixed into the rest of the fill soil.
• With a compaction wheel you get the same compaction with a fast or slow motion. Speed of travel is critical with vibratory equipment, too little time means poor compaction, while too much is inefficient. Six to eight passes usually produce the required densities, in less time than the same compaction with a vibratory compactor.
• Compaction Wheels solve safety concerns over "men in the trench" regulations.
• Compaction wheels increase safety by operating the equipment outside the trench.
• Compaction Wheels, requiring no special hydraulics or systems for power, can increase compaction productivity by 75% or more.
• Compaction Wheels are engineered and designed to withstand the impact and thrust load demanded by the equipment its being used on.
• Compaction Wheel adds versatility to existing equipment already on the job.
• Test have shown that Compaction wheels can often reach lift thickness in excess of 12" to 24" for backhoes or 24" to 48" for excavators, even in a variety of soil conditions.
